4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment details, including addresses, contact information, and contents.

  • Ensure goods are properly packaged, labeled, and comply with applicable shipping regulations.

  • Pay all applicable fees, charges, duties, and taxes.

  • Refrain from shipping prohibited or restricted items, including hazardous materials, illegal goods, or perishable items unless expressly agreed upon.

5. Company Responsibilities

  • Transport shipments with reasonable care and within agreed timelines, subject to delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond control.

  • Provide tracking information where available.

  • Notify the customer of any issues affecting delivery.

6. Prohibited Items

The company does not accept shipments containing:

  • Illegal substances or contraband

  • Hazardous or flammable materials (unless pre-approved)

  • Perishable goods without proper packaging

  • Currency, precious metals, or high-value items without prior written agreement

7. Delivery and Transit Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

  • The company is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond its control.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • The Company’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the standard liability limit under applicable law, whichever is lower.

  • Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for valuable shipments.

  • The company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Claims

  • Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

  • Claims for delayed delivery must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.

  • Supporting documentation must be provided with all claims.

10. Payment Terms

  • All charges must be paid in full before shipment unless credit terms are agreed upon.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and other government fees are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Right of Inspection

The company reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment for security, safety, or regulatory compliance purposes.

12. Termination of Service

The Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate services if the Customer violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

By using the company’s shipping services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
